think pink for spring {inspire}
I’ve always been a pink gal and it seems like the color is everywhere for Spring. Pantone’s color of 2011 is honeysuckle (a corally pink) and it’s showing up on decorating blogs and in magazines everywhere. Kate Spade’s Spring Collection is full of bright pops of pink and J.Crew has everything from neon pink to pale shell shades. LOVE.

nycb nutcracker costumes {inspire}
I love the Nutcracker. I will watch any version I can find on TV or from Netflix and I own the NYCB version, as well as Baryshnikov’s.
I think that NYCB’s Nutcracker has the most beautiful costumes. The colors are so lovely and great inspiration for holiday decor or baking. The Flowers are particularly fabulous.

I just got an email from Bloomingdales featuring these incredible Giuseppe Zamotti rhinestone peeptoe pumps. I mean, seriously, they are beyond fabulous (and beyond expensive at $1,200). I hope we get to see these on a celebrity or socialite soon. If I had that kind of money, you can rest assured that I would have already ordered them. They are the ultimate sparkly shoe – perfect for New Year’s Eve.
